Se pretende realizar un convenio que permita mejorar la seguridad vial en infraestructura, conducta y comportamiento humano en la vía, información sobre la normatividad vigente y el régimen jurídico de tránsito, y estímulos con más operativos de control en alcoholemia, velocidad y documentación.
